Did Eric Adams Just Call Someone a “Plantation Owner?”

Liberals are the biggest name-callers. They think, somehow, that they can get away with it. And yet, if a conservative were to do the same thing, they would lose their minds. It’s the hypocrisy found within the Democratic Party. And the perfect example right now is New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

Adams won his mayoral seat by promising that he was all about common sense. Yet, nothing he has done has made any sense at all.

Last Wednesday, there was a community meeting in Washington Heights. One elderly constituent decided to tell Adams what he really thought about the Rent Guidelines Board’s decision to allow rent to increase yet again. The woman was clearly upset and did some serious finger-pointing.

Adams could have simply taken a deep breath and focused on his response. Instead, he decided it was necessary to inject race into the conversation. After all, the woman was white, and he is a proud black man.

She insisted that he controls the Rent Guideline board. Then, he demanded respect since “I’m the mayor of this city and treat me with the respect that would deserve to be treated.”

That is starting to sound a bit childish, but then he makes the ultimate racist comment. “Don’t stand in front like you treated someone that’s on the plantation that you own.”

Whoa! That is totally unacceptable. He basically just called this woman a plantation owner because she’s white and is yelling at a black man.

As he pointed out, though, he’s the mayor. So if she’s going to yell at someone about the situation, it would be him.

And to call her a plantation owner is disrespectful. She’s an elderly woman who is likely on a fixed income and struggling to make ends meet.

Apparently, compassion has flown directly out the window.

Watch the pompous ass in action:

He has no way to actually respond in a way that would help the elderly woman. Rather than respond in a professional way, he decided to attack with the race card. This basically sums up why NYC is such a mess. The rent keeps increasing, and the mayor would rather be racist than actually fix the problems.
