Those who are homeless in Los Angeles are dealing with a lot of changes. First, the Supreme Court ruled that local ordinances can dispose of tent cities. Then, Gavin Newsom decided that tent cities needed to be cleaned up around the state.
Now, there’s an app being developed so that the homeless can find a shelter for the night.
