Pelosi’s “No One is Above the Law” Post Blows Up in Her Face

In a rather hysterical turn of events, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tried to claim this past week that “No one is above the law.” Of course, it’s rather ironic that 1) she was trying to throw shade at former President Donald Trump and 2) that she even has the gall to say this.

Naturally, for a leftist like Pelosi, her comments came as Trump announced that he would likely be arrested sometime in the near future. According to his posts on Truth Social, it was leaked to him that the New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg is finally seeking to indict him. If you weren’t aware, Bragg and others, including New York Attorney General Letitia James, have been trying to find some legal fault in Trump’s business or family dealings for years now.

But while most, including James in 2019, have seemingly given up, Bragg has held firm to his goal. And apparently, it’s all about to come to fruition.

Bragg’s office alleges that Trump used campaign funds to pay off former adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about their alleged affair.

Daniels has claimed for years that Trump paid her $130,000 in hush money for that affair. On the other hand, Trump has asserted for just as long that the affair never happened. However, he does admit to paying her.

According to Trump, as he was running for President at the time, it was indeed to keep her quiet, but not about the affair, as it never happened. Instead, he didn’t want her supposed claims to be sullying his name and ruining his shot at the White House. He also claims that he paid her using funds from his own private accounts and not that of the campaign.

Bragg isn’t buying it, though. And so he is still seeking some supposed revenge for the Democratic Party and, naturally, to prevent him from being President again.

However, whether anything actually comes of it is still in question.

In the meantime, Pelosi is just about the last person who should be commenting on there being no one who is above the law.

She wrote on Saturday, “Whatever the Grand Jury decides, its consideration make clear: no one is above the law, not even a former President of the United States.”

Pelosi continued, ranting about Trump’s recent post and prediction that Bragg would soon be coming for him was nothing more than another political stunt to keep his name newsworthy. She added later that “He (Trump) cannot hide from his violations of the law, disrespect our elections and incitements to violence. Rightfully, our legal system will decide how to hold him accountable.”

as numerous social media users pointed out, it’s not that Pelosi is a saint, either. In fact, it’s pretty much a known thing that she’s violated several laws in the past, and yet, because of her position and good standing with the elite, she’s never been given more than a slap on the wrist.

You might know that Pelosi is one of the highest earners in Congress – not because of her federal salary, mind you, but because of all of her wildly successful investments. It just so happens that in the things she invests in, she also has insider trading knowledge. Her husband, Paul, has also proven to be quite successful when it comes to investing in those same ventures.

Additionally, it wasn’t all that long ago when Paul was arrested for drunk driving, smashing his Porsche into another vehicle, and causing all sorts of damage. As social media users pointed out, video evidence shows that he was so drunk he couldn’t even complete the sobriety tests without holding onto the back of the officer’s car.

And yet, he nearly passed his blood alcohol test because it miraculously took hours to complete it, and then he got off with nothing more than some fines.

Talk about special treatment. It’s clear that there are indeed some who do seem to be above the law. And Pelosi is most definitely one of them.
