There are two methods to carry out an abortion. The first is a medical abortion that is done by a trained medical professional. The second involves swallowing a few pills.
The latter sounds like the easiest, painless solution, right? It’s not – especially when the pregnant woman is not getting the healthcare before and after. Yet, the pills are being handed out left and right because of the abortion pill pipeline that has been growing since Roe v. Wade was overturned.
People are seeking alternatives – and this includes DIY distributors who are offering free abortion pills. FREE. No questions asked. No health checkups. Just the pills and a few lines of instructions on when to take them.
Many of the pills are being obtained from Mexico and handed out like candy in the U.S.
One woman by the name of Monica opened up to a journalist at The Washington Post about her experience with the covert network of abortion pill providers. Finding herself 10 weeks into an unwanted pregnancy, she turned to Reddit for the first time, asking for help.
It wasn’t long before she was contacted anonymously by a woman who promised to mail abortion pills to her for free.
And Monica isn’t the only one with a story like this.
There’s an entire illegal abortion movement happening. And many spoke to The Post with anonymity, making it possible for them to observe the distribution of pills to antiabortion states as well as people practicing medicine without licenses.
There are activists supplying the pills for free as a result of donations as well as international pharmacies that may provide the pills for as low as $1.50 a dose. FDA-approved? Not even close. But women who are “in need” aren’t bothering to look at such details.
One of the Mexican groups at the heart of the network is known as Las Libres. They have said that their organization alone is tracking to end 20,000 pregnancies in the U.S.
And the Democrats in power are literally allowing this to happen. In fact, Biden has directed the Secretary of Health and Human Services to protect access to medical abortion. Only, there aren’t enough safeguards in place, allowing for the unthinkable to happen.
Here’s the reality. If abortion pills were regulated, we wouldn’t hear such devastating stories as the one recently where a man in Texas is being accused of spiking his estranged wife’s drink with abortion drugs.
Think about that – anyone at any time could cause a woman to have an abortion simply because of spiking a drink or offering a pain med only for it to be chemical abortion pills.
All of this should rock you to your very core.
Luckily for the estranged wife of the Texas man, she went on to deliver a healthy baby – much to the chagrin of the man who has been arrested.
The legal and medical risks are understood by most of the women who are taking the pills. However, that only accounts for the women who are taking them of their own free will.
The FDA only allows abortion pills for those who are 10 weeks pregnant or less. Those who are further out run into problems. Yet, the pill pushers don’t care – and that means that even more women are at risk.
Meanwhile, Kristyn Brandi is a spokesperson and doctor for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. This liberal is fine with literally lying to every woman out there to say that medical abortion is “one of the safest processes that you can go through.” She went on to say that “Regardless of where you get that medication, based on the science … what’s happening in your body shouldn’t be any different.”
Since it’s literally impossible for her to know where the medication came from, she’s guilty of misinformation. And we all know how the Democrats love to use “science” to help promote their lies.
