The Democrats are still crying about the Supreme Court overturning Roe vs. Wade. Their beloved court case was reviewed and found to have stripped the people of the right to choose what is best for each state. The liberals do not understand that the people have the right to decide matters for themselves, and the federal government does not have the right to impose laws without the people’s consent.
The Supreme Court’s decision put the matter back into the hands of the people. And since that day, one state after another has taken the opportunity to pass laws as dictated by the people. Blue states are squirming to put measures in place to justify murdering the unborn, and the red states are banning the practice on varying levels.
One state, in particular, is taking the concept of human life to a new level. The state of Georgia is now allowing residents to claim unborn children on their tax returns.
The idea of letting people claim an unborn child as dependent on the state tax return goes against the mainline teachings of the Democratic Party that life does not start until a person is self-aware. Georgia admits that life begins at conception by allowing residents to have the added deduction.
The Revenue Department for Georgia released a statement reported on by NBC News that read, “In light of the June 24, 2022, U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization and the July 20, 2022, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Sistersong v. Kemp, the Department will recognize any unborn child with a detectable human heartbeat … as eligible for the Georgia individual income tax dependency exemption.”
Democrats have brainwashed people into believing that life does not begin until after birth. That ideology has led many to justify that the murder of an unborn baby is morally right. But life begins at conception, and no number of lies can change that.
The Democrats tried to challenge Georgia’s heartbeat law, but the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down their challenge and upheld the state law stating that the state had every right to dictate such matters.
The Court of Appeals wrote that the state mentions that a person is a human before birth. And no number of Democratic lies can ever change that point. The Supreme Court put the matter back into the hands of the states, and each state is doing what the people dictate.
Georgia’s approach to the issue is unique and creative. They have found a way to incentivize people by choosing life over death.
NBC News also reported that “A taxpayer who ‘has an unborn child (or children) with a detectable human heartbeat,’ the deduction is ‘similar to any other deduction claimed on an income tax return, relevant medical records or other supporting documentation shall be provided to support the dependent deduction claimed if requested by the Department.’ after July 20, when the ruling came down, can claim a dependent or dependents on 2022 taxes.” Every person with an unborn child in their family will get $3,000.
The reality of every pregnancy is that a heartbeat is detectable long before they start to show. The nasty lies of the Democrats have been told for years, and sadly, many people have fallen victim to believing that life begins much later for an unborn child.
The state of Georgia has found a way to entice people into choosing life instead of driving to an area where they can get an abortion. $3,000 is a lot of money for struggling families abused by President Joe Biden’s sick socialist beliefs.
The unborn has had to endure one attack after another by people who think they have the right to choose who gets to live and who must die. The sad reality is that almost every abortion was performed because the parent did not want to have the responsibility of raising a child.
